somehow the proenza schouler show kept reminding of givenchy ss2010. mr tisci’s silhouette seems to have trickled down as the seasons go by— the fitted blazer (with peplum) and harem trousers. mr. lazaro and mccollough has put a more relaxed attitude to the clothes, but with the same control and innovation in fabric— this time around, digitically designed, native american inspired prints. the colors in the ps show provided an imaginative Western landscape for viewers that mr. tisci at givenchy was probably foreign to.
